How To Make Strawberry Cake

Ingredients :
Ingredients for Cake :
1. 8 eggs
2. 200 gr sugar
3. 200 gr margarine, melted
4. 190 gr flour
5. 25 gr cocoa powder
6. 1 tsp cake emulsifier

Ingredients for fill :
1. Whipped cream
2. Strawberry jam

Ingredients for spread :
1. 200 gr dark cooking chocolate
2. 100 ml heavy cream
3. 1 tablespoon butter
4. 10 fresh strawberries, sliced

Steps :
Make cream
1. Tim dark cooking chocolate until melted. Enter the heavy cream and unsalted butter, stir until smooth.
2. Remove and let cool
3. Use it for sprinkling the cake



Make cake
1. Put chocolate powder, flour, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy and creamy.
2. Reduce the mixer and enter the liquid margarine, beat until blended.
3. Pour butter into a 25 cm round baking pan that has been coasted with baking paper and smeared with margarine.
4. Bake until cooked for 55 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade, and lift it.
5. Cut the cake into 2 parts.
